Santander Bank faced the challenge of creating an efficient internal sales system for depreciated electronic equipment. The key aspect was developing a mechanism that would enable the effective sale of used equipment while providing bank employees with a simple and convenient way to purchase fully functional devices at attractive prices.
Moreover, the process needed to be understandable and easy to use to encourage employees to actively participate.
Solution
Santander Bank decided to implement an integrated internal sales process through the silentclicks.com platform. The entire system operates in several stages: from entering data into the auction system, through giving employees the option to buy first, to public auctions available to a wider audience.
Thanks to integration with Santander Bank’s Active Directory and Remedy systems, many stages could be automated, such as generating offers and reporting results, which significantly improved sales management.
