Information about FEMAX
FEMAX uses a specialized sales tool for in-company sales SilentClicks. FEMAX is a wholesaler and showrooms of bathroom equipment, heating and sanitary technology with fourteen sales outlets.
Challenges
In wholesaling, end-of-series or discontinued products are a common challenge. Merchandise that languishes in warehouses for this reason is fully operational and valuable, but generates additional storage or disposal costs for the company.
The goals for FEMAX resulting from the cooperation with SilentClicks were:
- Get rid of additional storage and disposal costs
- Increasing revenue
- To have an additional sales channel for selected customers
Solution
In response to the business needs of FEMAX, we implemented a specialized tool for in-company sales SilentClicks. This provided a new sales channel for business customers, through which it is possible to effectively sell off unnecessary products that cannot be sold by other methods.
Business impact
In this way, FEMAX significantly reduced the costs of storage and disposal of backlogged goods, and improved the satisfaction of customers, who gained the opportunity to purchase full-value products on preferential terms.
